To celebrate its 65th anniversary, Théâtre La Marjolaine presents an exclusive premiere of a Quebec creation with resounding international success: SAMAJAM ✩ YOU are the Show, a festive and 100% participatory musical spectacle where the audience becomes the star. Acclaimed in ten countries, this unique collective experience will be presented exclusively on August 9 and 10.
SAMAJAM ✩ YOU are the Show transforms the audience into a festive, collective orchestra. Guided by international artists, participants experience a true journey around the world, playing rhythms inspired by eight countries and regions on percussion instruments available to everyone, distributed on site, in a celebratory, collaborative, and highly energizing atmosphere.
Combining humorous sketches, interactive percussion, collective video games on large screens, spontaneous musical creations and world music, this immersive experience makes each spectator an active participant in their own right, in perfect resonance with the unifying signature of the Théâtre La Marjolaine.
