The SAMAJAM Team Building Show is a 100% participatory musical experience, unique in the world, where each participant becomes an active contributor to the collective success. Inspired by our major international hit (presented in 10 countries), this 60-75 minute format presents your group with an exciting challenge: to successfully complete a rhythmic adventure together, where listening, collaboration, commitment, synchronization, and group energy propel success.

Guided by professional SAMAJAM artists, participants play three percussion instruments at key moments, take on stimulating collaborative challenges and are introduced to rhythms inspired by eight regions of the world, to build together a spectacular collective musical performance.

✩ The fascinating story of SAMAJAM Team Building

SAMAJAM is the pioneer of musical and participatory team building for hundreds of companies, organizations, and associations in Quebec. The story of the creation of this unique concept is fascinating and dates back more than 20 years.

Louis Bellemare, the founder of SAMAJAM, has extensive experience in the business world. A graduate with honors in business administration, he worked as a portfolio and investment manager at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, was Director General of the Society for Arts and Technology of Montreal, served on a dozen boards of directors, was a professional speaker in team management, was a notable host at TEDx Montreal and acquired extensive experience in international business, particularly in the entertainment industry.

Drawing on his professional experience in the business world and his great personal passion for teaching percussion, Louis Bellemare and the SAMAJAM team have created an innovative method of musical and totally participatory Team Building. This approach combines two areas of expertise, using collective percussion to allow participants to have a powerful, unifying, practical and collective experience. In an energizing and festive atmosphere, colleagues must take on concrete challenges, allowing them to illustrate and assimilate specific management themes, such as teamwork, communication, leadership, listening and achieving unexpected common goals.
