Digital Sales and Marketing Manager

The Digital Sales & Marketing Manager plays a key role in our team. He/she uses his/her communication skills, creativity and boundless energy to :

• Respond to our customers’ daily requests for our shows and activities in all our sectors: schools, events, corporate (musical team building), broadcast (concert halls and festivals) and international projects.
• Actively participate in SAMAJAM’s growth in Quebec, Canada and internationally, by continuously developing our presence on social networks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to daily incoming requests from customers (schools, companies, agencies, festivals, presenters, promoters, etc.) and present SAMAJAM’s various shows and participatory musical activities in a clear and professional manner:

• Forward accepted proposals to the production team to ensure smooth running of projects (booking artists, coordinating artistic content and logistics).

Actively participate in the development and implementation of the marketing and promotional plan:

• Create, plan and publish content on social networks (text, images, videos, blogs) to support awareness, audience engagement and sales
• Write publications, newsletters, blog articles and promotional content related to SAMAJAM’s activities

Participate occasionally and represent SAMAJAM :

• At trade shows, music events or networking activities

PROFILE REQUIRED

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing and digital development exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written)
• Using AI tools to improve efficiency
• CRM skills
• Autonomy, thoroughness, initiative and organizational skills
• Positive, results-oriented attitude and great adaptability
• At ease in a small creative team, very passionate and versatile

SUPERB WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time position
• Mainly telecommuting, with presence in Montreal or at occasional events
• Occasional participation in shows, showcases or events
• Salary according to experience, with sales bonus
